1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DataAgent X ("the Service") at dataagentx.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
DataAgent X is operated by Varun B ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
2. Description of Service
DataAgent X is an AI-powered analytics platform for Shopify store owners that provides:
- →Revenue forecasting and trend analysis
- →Customer churn detection and risk scoring
- →VIP customer identification
- →Money leak detection
- →AI-powered business insights and recommendations
- →Shopify store data synchronization (Pro plan)
- →Weekly email digests and daily churn alerts (paid plans)
- →PDF report generation (paid plans)
3. Account Registration
To use DataAgent X, you must:
- •Be at least 18 years of age
- •Provide a valid email address
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- •Not share your account with others
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
Free Plan — $0/month
3 analyses total, CSV upload only, basic insights. No credit card required.
Starter Plan — $29/month
10 analyses per month, full feature access excluding Shopify auto-sync.
Pro Plan — $49/month
Unlimited analyses, Shopify auto-sync, daily churn alerts, all features.
• Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- ✗Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
- ✗Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- ✗Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform
- ✗Share your account credentials with third parties
- ✗Upload data you do not have the right to process
- ✗Attempt to bypass usage limits or access restrictions
- ✗Use automated scripts to abuse the service
- ✗Resell or redistribute our service without permission
6. Your Data & Shopify Integration
When you upload CSV files or connect your Shopify store:
- ✓You represent that you have the legal right to process this data
- ✓You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers where required
- ✓We process your data only to provide the analytics service
- ✓We do not sell or share your store data with third parties
- ✓You can request deletion of all your data at any time
7. Intellectual Property
DataAgent X and all its components, including but not limited to software, algorithms, AI models, user interface design, and brand assets, are the intellectual property of Varun B. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the analytics service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
DataAgent X is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- •100% uptime or uninterrupted service availability
- •Accuracy of AI-generated forecasts or predictions
- •That the service will meet all your specific requirements
- •That all errors will be corrected immediately
AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. Always consult with qualified professionals for major business decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataAgent X and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- •Violate these Terms of Service
- •Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- •Fail to pay subscription fees
- •Use the service in a way that harms other users or our platform

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
