2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information
Your email address and name when you sign up via email or Google OAuth.
Store Data (CSV Uploads)
When you upload a CSV file, it may contain customer IDs, order dates, revenue figures, and product information from your Shopify store. This data is processed to generate your analytics report and is stored securely in our database.
Shopify Store Data
If you connect your Shopify store, we access your orders, customers, and products via the Shopify API with your explicit permission. We only request read access — we never modify your store data.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage information such as number of analyses run, plan type, and feature usage to improve our service.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card information. We only receive confirmation of successful payment and your subscription plan.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database platform. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the following trusted service providers:

- •OpenAI — AI analysis and insights generation (store data is sent to generate reports)
- •Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
- •Resend — email delivery service
- •Vercel — frontend hosting
- •Render — backend hosting
All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days upon request. Analytics reports generated from your store data may be retained for up to 90 days after account closure.
